New owner of a bike.. 2002 CBR 600 F4I... Slide show of bike..
Hello everyone,
My name is Matt (24) and I live in Portland Oregon.. I just picked up a buddy's bike from him that was wrecked. I am sure you get a million questions about parts and so on.. I just wanted to say hi and I will have some questions on the bike down the road. I picked up the bike for 1500 bucks which i thought was a steal, it needs new front forks and front rim, exhaust, and 65% of the plastics.. The bike went end over end in the grass.. This is my first bike, but i just wanted to know some thoughts on the bike.. My buddy is in college and just needs to get it off his hands. Thanks for the time and hopefully you drop on in and just say hi.. I would love to meet some new people with bikes.. Oh i know ebay is the place to be but you know if any one has any oem parts layen around, let me know.. Thanks matt

[sm=pcwhack.gif] my bad.... i'm not using broadband cause i'm out of town. well, it's broadband, but i'm use to my 5Mbs. takes for ever for a page to come up, small screen size so i can't see much and .....
was that enough excuses or should i keep going?
umm... nice bike you have, post some pics since we already know what it is. i'd like to see the damage being repaired in stages. you know, before and after shots.

Thanks guys.... Yea im excited for this.. I have a friend that is going to help me install everything and will show me everything i need to know.. Hey guys thanks for the open arms.. Its great to be apart of this forum.. I have a 98 tacoma as well and that has been my baby, but now i have a new toy.. But yeah if i have any questions, I will post away.. thanks ...
