Default Hi All New From Michigan

The names Brian. You guys can just call me bk. Love the info and help im already finding on this forum. I am currently in the process of purchasing a brand new red/black 08 CBR 600rr with zero miles. Hope to pick it up this week. I will post pix and soon as I pick it up. Look forward to getting to know you guys, and I am going to need lots of help!! (noob) Take care and be safe all!

Hey grida thanks. I do have some questions actually. I'm "vertically challenged" and am planning to lower the bike a bit, but I also wanted info on a lower profile seat. Any suggestions? Thanks.

A '08 with 0 miles on it? Where did U find such a vehicle.....unsold dealer inventory?

BK as to your question how tall are you exactly i have heard of people shaving the cushion off their seat to make it more suitable to your height i wouldnt recommend that at all because the seats on these bike are already kinda hard and the less cushion the less comfort, you can get the dealer to lower it for u im not sure of the cost of that though i never had to lower mine as i am 6'2 or u can buy the lowering links and do it yourself

yes junkie they were basically "overstocked" and never sold them. they actually have about 5 or 6 different 600rr's with 0 miles. and for $4k less, I don't see why not, seeing as how they didn't really change anything.
