So my name is Heather from California. My husband I both ride he has an R1 but I just bought myself an 09 CBR rr 600. I usually ride dirt I have a Raptor 700 so this street thing is all new to me. I am taking a class next week to get all the rules and stuff down. I have been on the bike a few times and it feels so free I love it. Just wanted to stop in and say Hi to everyone.

where in California? there are lots of us west coasters hanging around the forum lately. i'm sure the weather, and being able to ride almost year round, has a lot to do with it. post up pics of the new baby soon.....(and even the r1 too.)

We are in the Antelope Valley area, Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond. We have a lot of friends that ride out here as well so I plan on taking full advantage of the weather. I tried to post the pics but its not working from my work computer I will have to post later from home. Mine is the white Cbr Phoenix. I got it last weekend in Santa Monica.

Hello, welcome aboard. I'm in Cali too! But im in the OC, congrats on the RR. And good luck with the course it's really easy and really fun, just pay attention, they teach you a lot of things that you need to know everytime you throw a leg over your bike.
