Default Greetings from Boden, north of Sweden.

Back again with an CBR, this time with an old 600. This time I´m trying to make some kind of gravel and winterbike. Made first tests yesterday and.....with some modifications I think it will work.

I´m sure I will need lot of mechanical tips from the threads

Welcome aboard V!

Kudos for being inventive. Adapt & overcome, I say!!!

I read about a guy w/a Ducati Monster that rode all up through Alaska in all types of terrain. Your bike looks like it will be doing much of the same type terrain.

Thank´s for the welcome. I live already at north, near the actic circle.

The pics are not really what I will use the bike to in first place, meaning digging dirt. A friend said that I will not get uphill on the sand with tis heavy bike....he was right

I´m just testing tyres for the bike, offroadtyres. In first place at winter I will fit rallyestudded tyres.

Youtube when struggling on my first careful gravelride, just for testing

Default So awesome.

Are those the stock forks and swing arm?
If not where did they come from and what tires did you put on there.
I really want a supermoto bike but I don't have the money. So I could put the nobby tires on it like you did and almost have the same thing.

Really cool bike man, I seriously want to do the same thing.

Thank´s for asking Josh.
Yes, everything with forks and swing is stock, have no ambitions to take on enduroroads.

About the tyres, at the front you have to use a rear tyre.
Dimensions and etc you found on this link, follow and check the pics and films in the link. Sorry for the language, but don´t hesitage to ask....I´ll try to answer.
Honda CBR 600F
