G'day CosmoBob & welcome. I've got the 87 FH also, good bikes arn't they. Are they very common in Sweden? Your bike looks like it is very stock and in good condition. This is a good forum with lotsa info...
Thanks for the welcoming!

I would think the CBR 1000F is a pretty common bike in Sweden but, as years go by, more and more of them goes to heaven I guess.
The bike is in pretty good condition, especially considering the mileage (100 000 km). As far as I know there are no mods to it either... I know next to nothing of the bike and hope to find out more; hence my presence at this forum. Unfortunately, the previous owner couldn't (or wouldn't) throw in any manuals or documentation, and my knowledge of bikes in general is extremely limited.
Since I got my driver's license just a couple of weeks ago, and this is my first driving experience outside of school, it is a true challenge and adventure.

The bike is only less than half my age, but hopefully in the future it isn't.
