You have a great looking F4. Looks like she has been well cared for!

Um clean your tires with a non greasy cleaner before riding...

But congrats on the new bike!

Also there is a line of videos on youtube called motorcycle riding techniques that can give you some basics. And practice in a parking lot to get comfy.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!

Tire shine and motorcycles do not mix well! I've heard too many stories of new riders taking a spill because the tire shine made their tires too slick . Looks good for the pics, but definitely scrub those down and take it easy the first few times you ride to make sure all the shine is worn off.

That said welcome to the boards! F4I is looking great, just trying to help you keep it that way . I love that red rear tire hugger.

Thank you guys for all the compliments, well wishes and advice. I wont shine the tires any more..lol I am having a blast with thing. Sunday Ill be taking my first group ride, cant wait. Nothing crazy, just some laid back cruzing. I live in Miami and we have the worst drivers ever so we have to take it easy. Keep you posted.

Yeah I agree. dont want to end up like this dude YouTube - Brand new Gixxer crashed. But welcome to the forum. I love the bike, I bought a 2001 f4i but in black but it has been my dream since i was younger to get a red one.
