call 1-800-motorcycles the motorcycle lawyers. if you have been hurt in an accident regardless if its your fault and even if you dont have a licence or insurance we'll take your case... thats their commercial

seriously though consult a lawyer because they will try and screw you over without one.

Hey,
Sorry to hear about your accident and first of all, be grateful that you are still alive and didn't loose any limbscrashingat that speed. A close friend of mine almost lost his leg riding earlier this year.

As far as your case I only have one important thing to add. If the lady admitted on the reportthat she had the red light and still made a right, then I think you win the case, hands down. Whenever there is an accident from what I have heard, whoever had the red, or the stop, is at fault. Period!! My ex ran a stop once and got hit by a speeding driver. She was found 100% at fault due to the fact that she had the stop.

But you need a lawyer. I don't think you should try this alone. Plus I think you should be able to get some money out of this.

Please Keep us updated on your outcome..........GOOD LUCK

Definitely talk to the Cop. I got in an accident in my car about 2 years ago, divided highway, I had a green light just like you, had been watching it as a green for a couple hundred yards, right as I'm entering it, a car come across from my left. he had been coming at me on the other side, saw a green light and figured he could make a left in front of me... what he didn’t know was there was a green ARROW for that lane, and seeing as it wasn’t lit, I had the right of way. We both said we had green lights at the scene, and the cops put shared fault. I called them up the next day and asked to go check the timing of the lights, and they then agreed with me and changed it to 100% his fault.

Also if she said she "Yielded" at the red, that’s bad for her too... in Most states, Right turns on red are allowed when there is no sign. And if there is no sign, the right turn is only permissible after coming to a complete stop, like a stop sign. So if she rolled it, there’s another point to you. And finally as someone else mentioned. in most states you have to maintain your lane position until you have completed the turn... inside lane to inside lane, or if its a two lane turn, outside to outside.

Definitely consult with a lawyer. You have a case here; don't blow it by not getting a lawyer. And get better!
