That Day finally came!
Hi everybody,
I sold my 125 cc almost 28 years ago and already then decided that one day I'll buy a bigger bike. Well, then I studied, worked, had family, moved around the country, needed to buy a car, built a house etc. Every spring I was jealous as hell for others who took their bikes out for the first time. All the time thinking that time is not right now, but some day...
Finally, last fall I started thinking that life is really short and if I'm not going to do it soon, I never will. It doesn't have to be a new bike so money spent can be reasonable (Also known as middle age crisis).
I've always liked the look of CBR 600 F and now I'm a happy owner of one
It's from 2006 so not exactly new but it's a start. I like the sporty look but also thinking about doing some few day trips with it. I bought some second hand gear as well, the helmet and gloves are new. Now I'm just waiting for spring, impatiently but strongly determined to maintain my patience with the throttle since there has been while since my last ride... I've tried bikes of others few times so it's not exactly 28 years since my last ride.
I've already read this forum and had already some good tips, thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge. Now I decided to join to be able to post questions if needed.
Cheers!
