Default Coolant issues

Afternoon everyone
I am the proud owner of a 87 cbr1000f
Unfortunately the beast has developed a coolant leak which so far one time it came from the coolant reservoir cap aswell as it came from the radiator on a different occasion.
I'm thinking this is most likely as she's an old girl the hoses are most likely cracking but is there anything else you would suggest could be the culprit ?
Thanks in advance

My '95 got some pin holes in the radiator sides - scraped it down to metal and jbweld - 10 years later it's still fine.
If you mess with the hoses, get a replacement in hand first as many parts are hard to come by for the 1000F now.
