Hello everyone, I am in the process of purchasing a used 2008 Honda CBR600RR For $4,000 and I would like some help tips pointers and feedback on the bike etc I currently own a r6 (Getting rid of) and a Ninja 250r.

That's a nice looking bike.

Be sure to post up in the 600RR section for more pointed responses on the RR model.

Ask away, once you decide what you're looking for.
Or just post up, if you've got something interesting to share.

A local resource you might check out is the FB Tulsa Sport Riders page.
They are pretty active with meets and group rides.
They've got a few drama-queens, but there are some hip folks there, as well.

2008 Honda cbr600rr
HONDA FACTORY EXTENDED WARRANTY UNTIL 2013

Runs great, always been taken care of, no mechanical issues.
26,xxx miles, all cruiser miles, no track time.
always garage kept
oil changed every 4,000 with 40w repsol full synthetic.

over 4k in extras!
lo jack
scorpio alarm
two bros exhaust
spiegler front and rear break line kit
driven 520 conversion sprocket kit
ERV3 road race gold x-ring chain
front and rear frame sliders
k&n air filter
led tail lights
keyless gas cap
tech spec tank pads
good tires
seat cowl
new breaks
still have original gas cap, front and rear sprockets, and 525 chain.


Title in hand, no leans, ready to ride home.

You and Ern may run into each other around Tulsa. Sweet ride...
Those are some nice extras, but I think they fall short of $4,000. Whatever though, you will really have some fun on that bike. Try not to get into too much trouble...
