Default Any help in Tulsa

Got a 96 cbr
Doesn't run, threw old motor out and had gotten a replacement. The buddy that has it doesn't really wanna have anything to do with it so it's bn sittn forever and a day, finally getn him to bring it back over so I can start fresh on it from ground up. He said he just hasn't found ne parts for it that's needed and Honda doesn't have the parts any more.
I don't know anything really about building bikes but wantn to learn even if on my own. I currently ride a f4 a yr ago to replace the 96.
Is the anyone in Tulsa who knows where I can get the rite parts and anyone who knows how to build and wk on these bikes be willing to teach and help wk on it. Of course I'd have to take it to Sumone who has the right tools and possible set up in garage or shop to build.
