Hi all

My first post on the forum, I've had a look and can't find anything related to my problem.

I have a CBR600F4i (2001) which runs and starts fine, however it does have this annoying habit of stalling when virtually at a stand or trying to pull away, and then for about 4-5mins thumbing the starter there is absolutely nothing, as if the ignition was off.

Then random she'll start, flicking the ignition on/off several times, the kill switch on/off several times, lifting the sidestand etc... but not after the first attempt so I can't identify what the cause is 🤷🏼‍♂️

She primes everytime, no issue there... just the ignition button is dead, then following the same sequence random thumbs to life.
