Default Sticky Ignition Button

Anyone have problems with a sticky ignition button? I have a 2002 F4i and I have to pull out the button everytime I start it. Is there an easy fix?

Thanks

I guess sticky was the wrong word. It gets stuck, but it does not have a gummy feel. Is there a spring that could be bad? I will try some lube...
