brought 600rr
whats up guys today after work i went to pick up my bike black 06 honda 600rr. I tow it back cause its my first bike didnt want to drop it, but i drove it around the block and love it so much.
I'm still working on the first gear. is it normal that going 35mph seem kinda fast. just want to know if anyone had the same thought. thanks

Congratulations on your bike, yeah, at this stage 35 is kinda fast, bike would seem to you to be a bit peaky, 1st is the tallest gear, in that it's the one that gets you and the bike moving from standstill, (I bet you have hit a few more gears since you posted this though.)
I recommend that you find a place that does riding training, at least for the basics and to build up your confidence.
Most pepole think that your just throw your leg over and away you go, there is a lot of co-ordination involved with the brakes and so. (how much brake, front & rear, that sort of thing) mind you I didn't have anyone to teach me when I started, but they didn't have anything near the bike you've got your lucky **** on either.
You sound like your a carefull person, so small steps dude

What's up, fellas?
I just completed the three-day course last night and earned my license. Other than just learning to ride, they gave exceptional tips and real-world application. Now, admittedly, the class I took was considerably more than the local community college course, but I'm sure whichever route you go will be valuable.
