Thanks guys. I should have added that was just a pic when I first got it. I wasn't riding yet. My gf picked out the helmet so she wanted to take a picture of it all lol. I have been wearing jeans, but I do have gloves and a jacket I wear when I am actually riding. I guess they weren't stylish enough to make it into the picture.

If you look at the handlebar you can see a small scuff. It happened within 12 hours of me buying it. My uncle who has 20+ years experience riding was going to ride it to the university where my mom works so I could get some practice in the big open parking lots. He got on the bike and immediately tipped over. I only had time to get ahold of the other handle grip while he was on the way down. I slowed it down but couldn't stop him and the bike with only one hand. Luckily that was all the damage and he was not hurt. Needless to say, we decided he was a little too short so I waited til I had my permit and rode it myself lol.
