How's it rolling Bike lovers?? My name is Josh. I'm pretty new to riding, but the first time I did it, I was hooked. I'm an aircraft electrician in the Navy. I'm stationed in Virginia Beach, VA. I've only been riding for around a year now, but I'm obsessed. I'm from Milwaukee, WI. My dad works for Harley-Davidson, in Milwaukee, and has been a biker his whole life. I've never really been into cruisers though. Maybe once I'm old. Anyway, I just bought my first bike about 1 year ago. I got a 2004 Yellow/Black F4i. I put a Muzzy's s/o exhaust, K&N fliter, Targa seat cowl to cover up the ugly 1 piece seat, and am about to put a new undertail/ fender eliminator on it. All of my buddy's have at least 5 years riding under thier belts, and say that a 600 maybe too much for me with my lack of experience. I'm doing good though, only dropped it once. They all ride R1's, Gixxer 600,750, 1k's, 929's, RR's, and zx10r's. tricked out. I have a hard time keeping up, but I'm not dumb, I don't go past my abilities. I've been told about this forum because I love the CBR's, they are sick. Hopefully I can get some good advice from you guys. I do have a question. My muzzy exhaust sound great, and looks pretty good too, but I have never seen anyone talk about it. Is it a good brand? or ****? I like it, but don't know much about it. Any input would be cool.

welcome josh! we've got quite a few military on here. i'm sure they'll come out of the woodwork to say hello here shortly. glad to hear you know your limits because lots of newbies don't. muzzy is a pretty good brand. i've never personally seen one on a CBR but i used to have a full muzzy set-up on my old ZX7 and it sounded awesome! post some pics of the bike when you get a chance...
