Back riding again... (ye ha !)
Hi all,
Johno here from Queensland, Australia. I have returned to biking again after a break of about 8+ yrs. (tooo long.) My new (2nd hand) ride is a '93 CBR1000F with a genuine 60k on and i am the third owner.
My previous bikes were - from the beginning, a Honda CB400ne Super Hawk, a GS550 Katana, a GSX1100 Katana and a '89 GSXR1100 k. This last bike was an amazing ride, 197kg dry and popped front wheel up with out pulling it in 1,2,3rd gears.
I always loved the look of the Honda's but got tempted into the katana's & gsxr because of the rev head image maybe ??
Anyway needed something to get back into it and something that offered reasonable comfort for my wife as pillion (& sometimes driver). It also needed to have screw & locknut valves (for ease of service) and have a long life motor if cared for.
The CBR1000F seemed to have all this and i found a good one !
I have up loaded some photos. For a quick look go to

Anyway, cheers !
Johno.
