Back to riding after a long time ...
Well, after a long break (about 18 years), I decided to get back into riding.
A few weeks ago, I purchased a yellow/black 2002 CBR F4i with about 5K miles. Bike is in great shape. Only modification is a corbin saddle. I took the MSF rider course, which I do highly recommend. I've riden about 600 miles over the last three weeks, and I must say that the CBR is everything I thought it would be. This is an awesome bike!!! [sm=bounceybounce.gif] I'm going to be saddened when I have to shut it down for the winter. I'll try to ride as much as possible, but the riding opportunities are few and far between here in the great NorthEast during the winter months. [sm=boohoo.gif]
Thanks for a great site here. I spend many hours reading various topics, and have learned a tremendous amount from the folks who post here. I have cleaned, waxed, and tightened the chain, and adjusted the front and rear suspension for my size, weight, and riding style. I'm planning to change the oil tomorrow.
