if that is the case it sounds like they may not have been fully seated in the isolation boots.
that’s purely speculation on my part.
I believe I mentioned in the beginning it’s no longer on a bike at least I was pretty sure I mentioned that but it’s on a go kart but wait there’s more so it runs with out air box and the vac lines two lines were deleted as a “”mod”” as far as a sport bike shop said
but when I put air box on and the two lines come down and meet then go the top top of Engine on the left hand side of u were sitting on bike it stalls then it causes a issue now I’m trying to figure this one out

sorry just looked left the main thing out it’s not on a bike really sorry for confusion but it has made sense about the pump not shutting off or varying in speeds and had a buddy who has a custom bike shop ask about the angle and it kinda all hit me at once if valves don’t sit right I could act like a stuck float if the floats don’t go all the way up like ment raised it an 1.5” on front side started right up attached vacuum lines from air box stalled and flooded took awhile to restart then took air box off started tryed to reconnect the line and it bogged down is there a reason for that even with out a actual filter??
Can you change the subject of this thread to indicate this is an engine in a cart, not a 1999 CBR 600 F4, so future readers are not similarly confused?
