Default 1999 cbr 600 f4 carb issues flooding (engine in go-kart)

All right, first off I am new here I have a 1999 CBR 600 F4 and it keeps flooding. I’ve had it running not great though I thought it might’ve been a stuck float needle. None of the float needles are sticking. I did a complete carburetor cleaning. I put an OEM fuel pump on drain that old oil because gas got into the oil from flooding badly. When it does stall out, you can hear the carburetor vent, crackle and gas pops out of them. I also checked the vacuum diaphragms on the top side of the carburetor. And still no luck.!!

Is your fuel pump stuck on all the time?

no I don’t believe so once u push the ignition on to start and crank it it’s comes on once running it’s constantly pumping until stalling once engine stops pump stops

now is the pump supposed to stop and go when Engine is running if so what would be the issue bc all the relays are working

Pump should stop when float bowls are full. It shouldn't be running fulltime when engine is running. There shouldn't be constant power to pump, but short pulses from fuel cut-off relay which provides power to fuel-pump transfer relay. It should also vary speed depending upon RPM. Low speed at idle because not much fuel needed. Then as you rev it, pump picks up speed.

Get part# off pump relays and pump. You may have non-factory parts and/or they're connected in non-factory configuration.

wait - how did you adjust the engine angle? The engine angle is set by the mounts in the frame - it's not adjustable?

That's a very interesting question. I too would like to know this.

Adjusted angle of carbs?

That may affect sealing of float valves?
