Exclamation 1997 Honda CBR900rr wont start... HELPPPP!!!

Hello all. Lets start out by saying i need HELLLPPPPP!

Ive changed the spark plugs, ignition coils, rectifier/regulator,
fuel petcock, fuel filter, fuel pump, brand new battery, i have the
original cdi box, plus another one that came with the bike when i got it,
I have a carburetor rebuild kit that im gonna send to a shop to get done up

The previous owner stated he let it sit for a month due to having surgery
And went out that morning (month later) to start it and it wouldn't fire up. Motor just
Kept turning over. Now after i replaced all those parts still wont fire. Its getting spark
To all 4 plugs, even did a shock test on myself.. (Shocking lmao). Any ideas

Sounds like your carbs need help. What happens if you spray something flammable into the carb throats then try and start it?

UPDATE: I tore down the carburetors this evening, i have found out that the components
In the carbs have a dynojet kit. Im gonna order a dynojet stage 1 kit to replace whats in there
Now and see where i get.

I sprayed starting fluid in it and it just kept spinning over. Im pretty sure that the carbs are not
Allowing fuel or starting fluid to enter the combustion chamber.

Generally speaking, even if the carbs are gummed up, when you spray a flammable into them the engine will at least cough.

No it doesnt do anything. Im gonna buy a new cdi box and a new TPS and go from there.
Ive done rebuilt the carbs, put new plugs, new ignition coils, regulator/rectifier, fuel petcock, fuel filter, fuel pump
Freshly charged battery. Only thing let to replace is the cdi box and TPS.
