Default Brand new to Chicago

Hey everyone!! I just moved from Atlanta to Chicago and will be buying a bike in the next month or so. I had to sell my other toys for a Jeep and moving money. Once everything is is order another CBR will be in my possession. Who else rides in the area and where do you ride? How big is the culture up here? I moved during the winter and have seen an increase in riders the past few weeks.

Any shop and any gear store recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Where in Chicago are you moving? There is a huge culture for bikers out here. I live in the south suburbs of Chicago but am in the city all the time.

I hear ya about reviving an old thread. Im also curious about the culture around our area(Chicagoland) and Ive been riding around here for years, mostly northwest suburbs. Ill see a few cbrs/sportbikes out there but rarely a pack of sportbikes. All I usually see are packs of Harleys, I don't know maybe they're insecure about riding alone lol. We should organize a meet up/ride!
