" Not terribly attractive " and " Lack of soul " hmm ?? I have always thought that these 1000F's were great to look at ...even way back when they first came out !!!

Geez I bort the 1000F for its looks. It looks the goods now it must have
been way ahead of its time back in 89. I think its an awesome lookin bike
and always will be. I'm sorry but anyone that says that the 1000F doesnt
look good and has no soul hasnt a clue about bikes IMO. Somedays when I
see it and my Black bird parked together I think the 1000F looks better in
the main with the bird being more streamlined.

Honda got it right with the 600 F Supersport back in the day.I remember it kicked **** on the 1000F on the track. The style change of the 1000F from '89 to 93? That was on the money, good move.
Ive owned both models,i still prefer the 600F,for weight, style, ease of maintenance, leaning in corners & scraping the center stand.
