you can upload your picture to a website like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us and they will provide you with a link and a forum setup with the link.

Welcome to CBRF Robert!! Let me help you with the pic. You have to copy the link under IMG Code and change the [IMG]s to lowercase [img]s. Like this...
