If you've been on Google maps to check out what sort of trip that is you should check out the photos of Wanaka. I consider myself very lucky to be able to live in such a beautiful place.
There are some seriously rich people living here that are fortunate enough to have "transported" their businesses from all over the world to here via the magic of the internet.
Me, I just do my job, for my salary and sometimes think to myself "Why does anyone need a 1400 sq m holiday home"
Yep, that's right, a 1400 sq m holiday house.
To convert to US currency multiply by 9 to get the sq. ft equivalent.
That is quite a big number isn't it?

Ah that makes sense (flying)I was wondering. As for the rest - we live in a
parallel universe - mostly secondary holiday homes around me too whose
elevated yearly real estate taxes keep the us regular year round residents
in the style and luxury we have grown to appreciate

great place to live

I can barely contain my normally totally under control emotions ....lol...
when I listen to these ... !
Holly chit , I am just one of the very few 25million or so Aussie's that have the unbelievable privilege of living in this amazingly diverse and bloody HUGE !! no , HUMUNGOUS !! country ....
These near bring a tear to my eyes every time I play them ....
I dare you to throw them up full screen and turn the volume up !!!!

Picked up a kick *** old Kenwood system from the local recycle center for $40 a couple of years ago, now get to play the old vinyl again, **** it does sound good. complete with pops and scratches.
