Absolutely fantastic stuff guys! Members physically helping members is a superb outcome.

The cans look good David.

Well done both of you.

Cheers, SB

I would just like to say thank you to David for the beers. They will be appreciated and enjoyed even though they were unexpected but I do appreciate them.
Hangover here we come.

The cans look great!

That colour scheme is the best for the MK3 IMO.

Very suspicious that you just happened to get two pictures of Chippy's butt

Seriously, always nice to see people helping each other out.

How did it go with the MOT David? I expect she passed with flying colours and you have a year before you do it all again.

It went in last Saturday morning for carbs balance and MOT the ait filter was truly F'd so I told them to change it. bad news new filter still not arrived, wasn't in stock, so tank off and still in shop so no MOT yet.

Not happy..

That's a complete bitch mate. We should have checked that when it was apart the last time.

Any idea when they will get the part because there's plenty on fleabay for our bikes including a k & n filter, which would probably be better for your bike with the new cans on as well.

I'm home Thursday night and my bike is in for it's MOT on Friday morning. Hopefully it will fly through.

Let me know if you need anything sorting and we can get it organised.

I spoke this morning and they have been promised filter this afternoon, so should get a call and the news tomorrow. Im in Germany now so call will cost em money - Im gutted for them.

Hopefully yours will fly through too, I don't see why not Ive seen 3 month old bikes that cant hold a candle to yours.

I cant wait to get mine back, braethin easy and with balanced carbs she should be even smoother. Ill keep ya posted, safe journey home mate.
