guys this is getting fookin weird! It's february 24th, a month and a few days to my 29th bday, I'd have to check to be sure but I'm fairly certain this is the warmest winter in my existense. It's 9:55am right now and it's 6,5c ON THE PLUS outside! It should be somewhere between -20c and hell-freezes-over! At this rate I can get the CBR out on my birthday! Heck, at this rate the grass is probly already growing then!

I've just posted a vid of a ride around the lakes in Rotorua NZ, like paradise here, been a great month, nothing out of the norm, hitting around 27-30 degrees Celsius.

Tell me about it and I'm having severe separation anxiety attacks not being able to get
to my girls out in the garage !

I have decided one thing though Maine is not somewhere I shall keep as my primary
residence when I retire

But only 3 weeks to St Paddys Day ----so all is not hopeless

Typical May Day weather -sleety snow coming down sideways. Lucky I got the rest of the week off & the wifey went to her parents with the kid for the day so the most demanding tasks I`ll be doing today will be getting more beer from the garage fridge and turning the sauna on.

May Day here was bright, sunny and warm. The wife and I spent the day working on our garage, getting ready to put siding on. Friday it cooled off and yesterday we drove to Great Falls through fog, snow and rain to the annual car show. It was a tad chilly walking around gawking at vehicles. Actually we're happy to have cool weather right now. Two (three?) years ago we had warm weather coupled with rain which caused a rapid melt off in the mountains south of us. That resulted in a large pool of water in our little town. The water stopped a couple hundred feet from our house, but others weren't so lucky.
