Default Vote for Mattson's 600F2 in the Feb ROTM

Okey Dokey,

Too much work on the renovations at home to participate in a full-blown ROTM campaign, so I have withdrawn.

It therefore behoves me to place a vote regardless.

The Hurricane Saloon Hang-around, New Dad and Triumph Tragic Mattson has his lovely 600F2 up.

So give the boy a vote!

Cheers, SB

Your instructions have been conformed too.

Hey Seb, fired the old girl up today; one year and one week since it last ran (yes, I was counting, but like you I've had house issues), was actually surprisingly easy to be fair.

Drained the tank, opened up the carb drains and got rid of all the old fuel. Couple of liters of new fuel, wound it over with the kill switch on to build up some oil pressure. Quick squirt of CRC Jump Start (known in your country as SYB) and the old girl rattled into life on the first hit on the starter.

She has been treated to a new chain and sprocket set so I'm looking forward to enjoying her appreciation once all the paperwork gets updated this week.

Touching seb seems your lil campaing has indeed worked as at least now I'm clearly leading although only a few people has voted yet... let's hope it carries all the way to the end.

But... Triumph Tragic? Now I know it's not a Honda but have you ever ridden a Hinckley Triple? The massive low end torque of a twin combined to the rev happiness and top end power of an inline four is a mix pretty hard to beat! Besides, as I've said earlier I don't want to look for my bike in front of a shop amongst nine just like it...

"Triumph- ride, wrench, repeat."

I have ridden quite a few Triumphs Matti, including the Triple. Liked nearly (most) all of them.

Take heart - it is an honour. Me, I'm just a two-wheeled tragic of which the CBR1000F is my latest enthusiasm.

I see TK has altered his Signature too.

Good luck with the ROTM

Cheers, SB

Didn't take it offensively at all Seb, due to the language issue it's sometimes hard for me to get the "feeling" delivered with my msg...

The vote is getting interesting, 6/7 between me and JNS, wouldn't be sad to lose to such a worthy adversary, truth be told he would deserve it more than me...

BUT VOTE FOR MY BIKE FOLKS!!!

Or, maybe Seb it's more like this :

I detected a very clear instructional tone in the title to this thread.
