Wish I'd take photos of our lunch yesterday now I've seen this thread!
It was my Father's 78th birthday lunch, so Joy cooked a huge steak and kidney pie (with suet in the pastry) for the main course, served with green peas and smooth butter and milk mashed potatoes and also had baked a nectarine (from our trees) pie for dessert. That coupled with a bottle or two of fine Barossa Valley Shiraz Merlot's made me want to sleep in the afternoon
