So it's time for me to embarrass myself again by asking the stupid questions

Firstly , where the hell is the November ROTM voting thread , or is it not posted up yet??

Secondly , is there a way to sort out the smilies to the right of where I'm typing , so that I can have the ones I use to hand instead of having to bring up a separate screen??

As for the smilie sorting, I've thought the same thing many times, but I don't think it's possible. Wish it was.... I feel your smilie pain...

One thing you can do, though, is memorize the code for the smilies you use most often.

(with no space between the D and colon)

Gawd, I know... I hate that.
You look down the list like 10 times and you swear the smilie you're looking for doesn't exist anymore...
Then you find it...
