yes it's good that i have two eyewitnesses + security camera option, coz there where security cams pointed directly to spot (havent seen the video tough) at the beginning i was afraid, that the driver will accuse me of riding into him, coz usually it is that way, that back one hit the first one, but he took the blame and so that was ok.

 

Yep, good to have witnesses. I have the worst luck when it comes to this kind of stuff. Last accident I was in was some girl's fault and she didn't have insurance and disappeared on me.
