Well at least that's better than the wife's most recent comment ...

"I see a large funeral in your future" when I suggested the idea of closing
out the collection with a mk1

That idea will have to be put on ice for a while ........ like a month or 2

Got a bit of touching up to do some cracks to fix , new chain , clip the rear
tail fender, new grips(719's red D2mptp ordered already) oil & filter etc tec

But it has brand spanking new BTX 020's

Hope your rehab is going well man ! ??

Thanks Indy!

Hey Dylan ..... your thread and I'm doggin it here
You know I don't mind one bit, man. If I want peeps to ooooh and aaaah at my Mag, I'll just hop over to the V4 forum.... lol..

But yeah, I've been in and out of the carbs on this Magna 3 times now....
I just couldn't get it quite right. It had this hesitation in the 4-6k range. After a good cleaning and perfect carb shim she's running like a raped ape now. Real smooth.
These things have deceptive power all the way to 10k. Real fun cruiser. Crazy how honda can make an efficient 750cc V4 that walks on some twins with twice the displacement.

Here's a little photo comparison between the HD Fatboy (2006?) and the Honda Magna (1995). I had to snap a couple pics. All I had was my cell, but you get the point.
I like the wheels on the Mag better. lol... and the quad exhaust of the V4 looks good, too, imo.

I prefer the wheels too. I'd definately prefer the price though
