Default insurance

waiting on the Insurance claims adjuster to show up and appraise the
Givi bag that got whacked by the Crazy Lady that hit me on my KLR back in July.

Yeah it took 2 months for her Insurer "The Big Red Umbrella" to get their act together
despite the fact that their insured was cited with a "failure to yield to the
right of way"

I tell ya insurers just like to screw with Motorcyclists at time imo !

Had to threaten to report them to the Maine BOI (Bureau of Insurance)

Be interesting to see how this adjuster goes about things !

Have all my receipts info invoices etc. of the Givi ready for him as they
asked me to - hopefully it's just a yep - & a check to replace the Givi for $305.99

Wow - it would be nice if they just pay the money to you and perhaps save a little on the labor charge. 2 hours to install???

Awesome! Glad it worked out for you. Sucks it took so long.

I just ordered a Givi Monokey for mine. Got a "Traffic" 35l off ebay for like $78. (Still have to order the M3 plate and mounting arms.)

- found out Givi has the "black exterior frame trim piece"076-Z2063R that was damaged
available through TwistedThrottle for $46 bucks shipped - now I got enough left over for
a nice set of new rubber - great the way things work out sometimes
