have you got your 1000f ,,, according to the speedo on your bike?
172mph here and still a bit left,,closest guess at the thickness of the needle past 170
and that was confirmed with a 1000rr blade,and a zx10.

Didn't we just go through this? Or is my mind remembering posts that are yet to be written? IIRC it will be pointed out that the 1000F won't go that fast without major dollars put into the engine, the original tests indicated a top speed of 162 mph when it was brand new, that the speedometer is wildly inaccurate on the fast side (it says 80 when you are doing 70, etc.), nobody but an idiot would travel over the speed limit, "take it to the track", I've never gone over 120 because that's the fastest that I know I can handle safely, and, uh, I umm, oh darn. My prescient memory just ran dry.
