Default Have any of you guys delt with these guys?

A while back I found a new fairing for my 88 Cane on U.K. ebay on 18/03/09 to be exact from TBR Motorcycles, Kirkby-in-Ash,Notts,Phone 07770 695921 They had good feedback and seemed reputable in fact someone from this board posted a link to them. I paid right away but, they have not responded to any of the email I have sent asking for status. Now here is my question am I an impatient Yank or am I about to be taken for a ride? Have any of you good fellows from the U.K. delt with this place? There is a time limit that is nearing where I have to fill a complaint in an attempt to get my money back. What do you guys from across the pond think? Thanks

ebay (Paypal) has a STRICT 45 day rule - if you do not lodge a dispute within 45 days of paying for something you will not get refunded - they wont even discuss, its an automated process where your claim gets denied.

I should have a reasonably quiet day at work tomorrw if you want me to give a ring for ya ?

That would be great Here is the item number 250386374632. I know about the 45 days that is why I am getting concerned. Here is the auction http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=250386374632

Default Hi

Hi mate,

Just spoke to them - they seem resonable

For some reason the package keeps being returned to them marked "Package to large" they cant figure out why as they have sent them to other places without any difficulty. They say to message them through ebay and they will organise a refund

cheers - Steve
