OK, just don't take your hands off the bars like the guy in the clip did.
I wonder if the jolt from hitting the wall caused him to lose grip, or if he was headed into a wobble and let go or something... Either way...not good...

Seen that, I heard that Dude now sits in a chair permanently
Didn't they say in the vid that he just bruised a lung? I mean, he retired...but I think he actually got REALLY lucky on this one...

Crazy chit, though... so fast it just basically blew up!
