Gee, it's a tad weird reading about heated jackets ....
I know they make sense where you guys live ...but wowww !!

Hope she is a goodie Dylan .... that cold sounds down-rite evil !!
We didn't have much fall weather here. It went from like 80F (26C) to 35F (1C) in like 2 fricken' weeks. It sucks.
Plus, it's been raining like hell for 4 days. It just let up today and got a little warmer (it's 38F or 3C at the moment).

I decided on the heated jacket because I want minimum bulk with maximum heat. I guess we'll see.

Here's a link to it.

Oh, and don't mind sprock.... he's just jealous because he has to wear this.....
(he gets angry with everybody passing him at such high speed)

I am still in Pittsburgh and at 5:00AM I looked out the window and my rental car was white with solid frost.

When I am home I ride down to where I feel that it is dangerous due to puddles freezing. Also at this time of year the leaves on the roads make riding dangerous. I don't mind being a little cold, I don't want to trash my bike however.

The round town Vid tours have crueled your reputation ..
Man, I know. I almost fell the **** down the first time watching it. Hard to keep your balance moving that slow....

Mark ..yu gunna have to make a vid of some wild **** open hyway speeding stuff mate ..
Jeez, steve, I wouldn't provoke him like that. He'll go out and try to do the speed limit and dump it... LOL...

Looks very kool and I don't mean the temp, lol ...
Gee Dylan , they are not very expensive either really , considering what they do ...
I think it will work out ok. It was $160 shipped. A little bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was a gift...

TBT, I have family in Pitt (and many more in Erie, PA). They've been saying it's starting to suck already....

You're right about the frozen puddles and chit. Bad news. I actually plan on doing a little more riding this winter on the KLR. It's newer, but it's got crash bars and is fully insured (including accessories). lol..
I'll be taking it slow regardless..

Nothing to prove on my end I'm afraid, I'm not the one
