Default 18th of May 2012

was the date I invaded the world class Unofficial CBR Forum after buying a non-running 1991 CBR1000F.

Boy I'm glad I did.

Now 1000 posts later (!), I've made some great friends, met like minded people, started a CBR1000F parts collection, learned a great deal about my bike, fettled bikes until they ran (and a couple that didn't), ridden thousands of kilometers and...............

still look forward to interacting with members old and new on the forum each day.

here's to the next thousand posts (may they be more useful )

Cheers, SB

Gee, a thousand posts already Bear. A milestone - hopefully the first of many.
(Uncle Ho would've been proud ! )
It's been a pleasure to have you join us and become one of the "Band of Brothers"
We're like family, we squabble, we argue, but at the end of the day we're all here for each other. I've never known a group on any forum that has the levels of expertise and is so committed and willing to share and help others.
Long may it continue.......

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

This is the best owner's forum I've ever had the privilege of being a member of and it's the individual contributions of a dedicated cadre of 1kf devotees that makes it this way.

Each and every one of you

Hell, I don't really need to join a Fiat forum. There's knowledge right here in the Saloon

Congrats Craig, on your 1000th post

I can't wait for 2014 TBT, I'll finish a contracted position then and Mrs SB will have some time off, and the plans are...............

IOM TT 2014, then fly to India and buy a couple of Enfield Bulletts for a 2 month ride - including Khadung La, the highest motorable road in the world, way up in the Himalaya

Cheers, SB
