What model do you have? ...as different models = different fuse allocation.

Here is photo of fuse box on 1990 F-L, lookong to front of bike, for reference of what fuse you are refering to...

I have got you a copy of the wiring diagram for your model & put in on my webspace - download it by cliking this link....

http://tinyurl.com/m5slts

Your bike is not thje same as mine but from what you say and looking at the above wiring diagram the fuse is for the "POSITION LIGHT CIRCUIT".

If your fuse is blowing then - from the diagram - you must look for a short to the frame OR a blown CLUTCH DIODE....

I would be looking at CLUTCH SWITCH connections, then CLUTCH DIODE, then FRONT POSITION LIGHT (bulb & connections).
You can isolate the above by disconnecting at the CONNECTORS.

Hope this helps.....rememmber this infomation & advice is going on what you say and from the circuit diagram - I dont have the same bike as you so cant be specific.

well i take a look at the diagram and i think is not the same because in my bike the first fuse is for all the lights, directionals etc., so i still dont know what is for the second fuse, i also dont find the position light i think my bike doesn't have it, is the little one at the side of the main light? because mine only have the main light :S im stuck whit this damn short!

To help this group to help you please post your location in your personal information.

In the mean time please tell me what country your in and what country you believe the bike to origionaly sold into. I'll then do my best to post the wiring diagram for your bike. (the fuse box may look the same for all these bikes but the wiring is vastly different.)

Download the workshop manual from the link below. I know this is for the later models but Chapter 15 give specifics on the ignition system and specifically page 15-2 will give you tohe wiring diagram of this specific area with a "Troubleshooting" area and "wiring Diagram' on page 18-6.
