Default Gellpack/Fiberglass Cowl

New way of doing things.
Now used a Wax base on the mastermould to get a glass finish on the Cowl.
Waxed her up three times with Carnauba Wax.

Continued in the usual way, layer of matting, chemicals.

So let it Cure overnight, should pull clean in the morning & SHOULD have a mirror/glass finish to it....?

If not it goes with these lot........lol

The Fiberglass cured before the Gell, could fix up ok but it can wait, need to find some work...............

So yet again, shelved the whole project,im out of Chemicals anyway.

I still think that on EBay to the world you would sell quite a few once they are fully sorted to a level where they don't take too long to knock out ..

Exactamundo!!!
Sure id love to be pumping them out,Injection -Moulding style............Oh the Quality

But for now i just keep re-inventing the Wheel,i will get there,no hurrry.
