Default Need help TAKING OFF THE FACTORY EXHAUST

Whats up guys? I plan on getting a after market exhuast my on 04 1000RR and wanted to help on how to take the factory exhaust off. The exhaust I am getting come with instillation instructions, but I can't find any instructions on how to take the factory exhaust off. This will be my 1st doing working on my bike! I am good with instruction so I need some on how to take the factory exhaust off. Any ideas?

this link is a full instruction swap on how to do it on an 05' 600rr, but it should be near exact for the 1000. It is step by step videos, but very informative. shouldn't take more than an hour to finish the job completely.
