The DIY section was originally intended to be a place where members could post up "how to's" with pictures and step by step instructions on how they did a particular mod. This way others could duplicate something cool without having to use their bike as a guinea pig. Somewhere along the way the DIY section became an 'Ask Jeeves' sort of place and in order to find the good stuff you gotta wade ***** deep through mostly 'general tech' type questions.

The underpaid staff is currently working on moving all the non-DIY type posts to more appropriate sections. From now on please use the DIY section only for sharing mods or projects that you have already done. Pictures, parts lists and step by step instructions are of immense value to your future DIY posts. If you need help hosting pics let one of us know (doncollins ) and we'll help you get it sorted out.
