Default Won't start....

A buddy of mine has a 2004 Honda CBR 600 that won't start. We put our bikes up almost 2 months ago and his ran fine when he went to store it. He hasn't attempted to start it until recently. Now, when he turns it over the engine turns and the battery is fine. It just won't start. It is garage kept and we put fresh gas in it assuming the gas went bad. Any ideas?

I find petrol tends not to go off in only two months ..I know its obvious but check there is enough fuel there and if necessary turn to reserve just in case its low .. also engine kill switch etc

Another thing ..side stand cut out??

So many things, all you can do is check the obvious first ..then lets get them plugs out and check for a spark ..yes :-)

F4i or RR? in 04 those were the only two 600cc cbrs I know of. and both were FI, so dirty fuel shouldnt pose much of an issue.

pull the plugs and see what they look like. replace if need be.

His bike is an RR. We are going to check the several things today. We will put the kickstand up and pull the clutch and see if that works. We are also going to check plugs. I will let you all know what we figure out.
