well i get my front fairing back hopefully monday and get my bike back together ill let you know how i make out

No, they just told me that it was one of the connectors from the main wiring harness.

well i know when i take the front fairing off and put it back on every thing is okay. which is what makes it hard to find the problem. lets hope they fixed your problem. pm me if it comes back

I have it back now & I rode it for like an hour yesterday... everything seems fine (knock wood)...

mine was like that 2 i thought i had it fixed and then like 1-1 1/2 months later it came back.

i fixed my problem by getting new upper sub-harness and headlight relay. seems to be workin fine now.

the problem is deffinetly in the plug coming from the head light assembly to the main harness.every time the problem comes up i jiggle the plug it goes away.


the correct fix for this is to replace the bad pin in the plug.

but a quick fix we did and should be done to all the plugs on the bike is to clean the terminal with a cleaner from you local parts store to clean electrical plugs. then we put in each plug electrical continuity grease this will keep water and corrosion from geting into you plugs. i dont know why but these plugs honda used do not look water tight so i would recomend using the grease in all you plugs. you can get all the stuff needed ay your local auto parts stores
