What seal would cause this leak?

What seal would cause this leak?
I have found a leak coming from my neutral switch wire (in front of shifter). Is this a plug that may just have a worn o-ring or seal? Or does it screw into the engine body? I would like to fix the leak and don't really know how to begin. Anyone else have this trouble or know how to fix it?
