Was running 10w40 GN4 Honda oil and went to the Honda dealer and he recomended 20w50 for the summer so I picked it up . Having secomd thoughts now, my bike has almost 5000miles on it now "not the oil lol " and run a lot of 1/4mile track runs and some track days so what you guys think ? Thanks in advance

 

I alway's ran 10w40 in my f3 all year. I'm running 10w30 in my rr. 2050 just the sound of it kinda makes me urp a little...i dont think i'd use it...In the end i guess its all slick.

I use M1 15w50 full synthetic. It is the 2nd highest recomended in my owners manual 20w50 is the highest for extreme heat.

 

Thanks Guys for your replies, I ended up taking back the 20w50 and went with 5w40 castrol R4 Full synthetic .

 

i run 2050 in EVERYTHING i own.. bmw.. truck .. track bike.. street bike ...
shifts smoother/faster... i only go with repsol for my bikes)
