These oils contain "friction reducers" that may cause wet clutch systems to slip. These are fine for your cage and are supposed to help it get better gas mileage.
Other than that, in my opinion, I don't care what brand it is. I do prefer synthetic, but that is just a personal preference.

The brand of oil doesn't extend engine life.......the frequent changing of oil is what extends engine life. I change my oil 1000 miles before it's due (so every 2000 miles or 2 months.....whichever comes first.) I use good ol' Honda oil because that's the routine I've slipped into.
if you're going to be OCD like blue fox...then you should probably get an UOA from blackstone. it'll tell you what the oil is doing, when it's shearing, etc...this way you don't have to change more than necessary...AND you do the environment good!
