Default Valve adjustment for 93 CBR 1000F

Hello,

I'm trying to adjust the valves for a 93 CBR 1000F. When rotating the crank I was told to turn counter clock wise. There are two markings that are visiable near the crank bolt. One has a T and the other is blank. I'm assuming that to T means top dead center for #1 piston.....cluch side of the bike.

Would anybody know the steps to rotating the crank and which cyclinders to adjust? Where to the markings need to be lined up.

Thanks,
Rob

The procedure is similar for almost all CBRs, so this may help:
