Default US CBR1000RR Differences?

Hello Does the US Spec 1000RR Have any differences? In Particular Do you have a immobiliser on your bikes?

AS MGA mentioned its the H.I.S.S (Honda Ignition Security System) Theres A transponder in the Key that works with a transponder in the Ignition system so that only genuine keys that have been coded to the bike will work. If the clocks or any part of the ignition system is removed the bike things its been stolen and will not start. Unless reset by Honda.

But you do get the bike a hek of a lot cheaper than over here.

Yeah i had to take my bike to the honda dealership to have a spare key made cus they had to program it. cost me $70. They told me that if i had lost my only key than i would have had to pay +$1000 for a new ignition system + re-wiring. Don't know if he was BSing me, just didn't want to take the chance
