Default unstable turn

hey fellas, i am getting my fork seals replaced tommorow they are pretty much blown, but in the mean time i have to take the bike sometimes and when i turn it feels as if the bike is about to slip out from under and it gets worse the higher the speed. is this due to the fork seals? or something else. Thanks for the help.

at about what lean angle does this happen?

how do you know the fork seals are blown?

do both tires (front and back of bike) feel like their "falling"?

Ya, I'm wondering if you lost all the fork oil and have a really bad case of "stiction". Me personally, I'd recommend against taking the bike anywhere. One big bump and you could wheel hop into a ditch -- just not worth it.
